LPN/RN Home Care (peds to young adults)
About The Position
Love nursing but tired of the hospital grind? Try nursing a different way. This is Private Duty Nursing for pediatric to young adult patients in a home care setting. We offer 1:1 patient care with various hours available, including weekday overnights, weekend days, and weekend overnights, all with premium pay differentials. We understand burnout is real and are committed to supporting our nurses with flexible scheduling, consistent communication, responsive leadership, realistic case assignments, and a caring environment where well-being matters. Choose from Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN options. We provide specialized, hands-on training for all experience levels, including new grads. Full-Time and Part-Time nurses receive an Annual Stay Bonus. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401K, available for Part-Time team members as well. Requirements
- Active Missouri RN/LPN license
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Reliable and dedicated to quality patient care
