LPN/RN Home Care (Peds to Young Adults)
About The Position
Love nursing but tired of the hospital grind? Try nursing a different way. This is a Private Duty Nursing role for LPN or RNs caring for pediatric to young adult patients in their homes. The role offers 1:1 patient care with no hospital politics or patient ratios. Phoenix Home Care is committed to supporting nurses with flexible scheduling, consistent communication, realistic case assignments, and a caring environment. They offer structured shift options (Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN) and premium pay for various shifts (Weekday Overnights, Weekend Days, Weekend Overnights). The company provides specialized, hands-on training and an Annual Stay Bonus for Full-Time and Part-Time nurses. Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, PTO, and 401K, available for Part-Time team members as well. Tuition Assistance is available for LPN students. Requirements
- Active Missouri RN/LPN license
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Reliable and dedicated to quality patient care
