About The Position

CritiCare is seeking nurses (LPNs and/or RNs) to provide care and nursing services in schools for students/clients in surrounding counties. This specific role involves covering a morning and afternoon Bus Run in Conshohocken. The hours are structured such that you are paid for 3 hours for each run, 5 days a week, totaling 30 paid hours. The Morning Run is from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM, and the Afternoon Run is from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. CritiCare was voted Philadelphia Business Journal's Best Places to Work in 2024. Requirements

Must be an LPN or RN.
Ability to provide care and nursing services in schools.
Willingness to cover morning and afternoon bus runs.
Ability to assist children with medical conditions during transport.
Capability to provide substitute school nursing services.
Experience in one-to-one care for children in schools is beneficial.
Willingness to accompany students on field trips, sports events, and dances.
Strong collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a School Nurse.

Responsibilities

Assisting children with medical conditions on transport to/from school daily.
Providing area schools with substitute school nurses.
Providing one-to-one care for children in schools.
Accompanying students on field trips, sports events, and dances.
