About The Position

QLI is seeking compassionate nurses to provide the best care for residents recovering from spinal cord or traumatic brain injuries. QLI is the nation's leader in providing a comprehensive approach to this therapeutic process. While experience in this specific field is not required, QLI offers an extensive orientation and mentoring program to ensure success. Requirements

  • Current RN/LPN license to practice in Nebraska (required)
  • Current CPR certification (required)
  • Annual flu vaccine is required during flu season.
  • Must not have any condition or limitation that could pose a direct threat to self or others unless such threat can be eliminated by a reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to pass a fitness assessment designated for this job title and perform all physical activities related to the position.
  • Regular attendance in your assigned role is an essential job function.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in dermatology, oncology, hospital setting, or clinic.
  • Newer graduates are welcome.
  • Individuals who have advanced their nursing degree from C.N.A. or APRN.

Responsibilities

  • Provide care for residents recovering from spinal cord or traumatic brain injuries.
  • Develop therapeutic plans for individual residents.
  • Work with multi-disciplinary teams to improve resident recovery.
  • Adapt to resident needs and contribute to their recovery process.
  • Engage in relationship-building with residents and their families.
