About The Position

QLI is seeking compassionate nurses to provide the best care for residents recovering from spinal cord or traumatic brain injuries. We are the nation's leader in comprehensive therapeutic approaches for these individuals. While experience in this specific field is not required, QLI offers an extensive orientation and mentoring process to ensure success. Requirements

  • Current RN or LPN license to practice in Nebraska (new graduates will be hired and trained prior to receiving license).
  • Current CPR certification.
  • No previous experience required.
  • Annual flu vaccine is required during flu season.
  • Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Must not have any condition or limitation that could pose a direct threat to self or others unless such threat can be eliminated by a reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to pass a fitness assessment designated for this job title and perform all physical activities related to the position.
  • Regular attendance in your assigned role is an essential job function.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive care to residents recovering from spinal cord or traumatic brain injuries.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic plans for individual residents.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to improve resident recovery.
  • Adapt to changing resident needs and healthcare complexities.
