LPN or RN | 1:1 Care | Flexible Scheduling
About The Position
IntelliChoice Home Care is seeking compassionate LPNs or RNs for 1:1 patient care roles in the home setting. As a small, family-owned company celebrating 17 years of care, we prioritize supporting both our patients and our nurses. We offer flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose your cases, shifts, and patient types (Adult or Pediatric). This role focuses on providing individualized nursing care to patients with complex medical needs, working closely with families to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. We provide full training and support, even for those new to trach/vent care. Your safety is a priority, with thorough home inspections before visits, and you will only accept cases you are comfortable with. At IntelliChoice, you'll be part of a team that values compassion, transparency, and support.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
- Current in-person CPR certification
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care to patients with complex medical needs in the home setting.
- Work closely with families to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
- Provide full training and support for new skills such as trach/vent care.
