About The Position
IntelliChoice Home Care is a small, family-owned company celebrating 17 years of providing dedicated care. We are seeking LPNs or RNs for one-on-one patient care in the home setting. This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a supportive environment where nurses can build meaningful connections with patients. We cater to both adult and pediatric opportunities and provide comprehensive training, especially for those new to trach/vent care. Safety is a top priority, with thorough home inspections before any visit, ensuring nurses only accept cases they are comfortable with. Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
- Current in-person CPR certification
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care to patients with complex medical needs in the home setting.
- Work closely with families to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
- Offer support and training for nurses experienced or looking to grow their skills in trach/vent care.
