About The Position
IntelliChoice Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated LPNs or RNs for multiple opportunities in home care. Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in North Carolina (or compact state)
- Current in-person CPR certification
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care to patients with complex medical needs in the home setting.
- Work closely with families to ensure safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
- Provide training and support for nurses new to trach/vent care or those needing a refresher.
