About The Position
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for an 8-week contract. This role involves providing direct patient care, monitoring resident conditions, administering medications and treatments, and supporting daily nursing operations within a long-term care environment. The schedule is day shift from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Every other weekend coverage is required.
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license required
- Ability to provide direct patient care in a fast-paced nursing environment
- Strong medication administration and documentation skills
- Experience monitoring patient conditions and reporting changes to the RN/provider
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work every other weekend required
Nice To Haves
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred
- BLS certification preferred
