LPN/LVN - Long Term Care/SNF
About The Position
This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The role requires the nurse to have a New Hampshire or compact LPN License and a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). A minimum of 3 years of current experience, within the last 6 months, is mandatory. The nurse must be willing to float between units and be IV certified. Previous travel experience and experience in a rural/small facility are highly preferred. Covid Vaccination Series and Booster are required for this position. Candidates must possess their own transportation as the facility is in an area with limited public transport and ride-sharing options.
Requirements
