About The Position

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is hiring a LPN for the role of Inpatient Case Manager. This is a full-time position with day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, totaling 40 hours per week. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides basic nursing care under the supervision of an RN or Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) within the scope of practice dictated by the State Boards of Nursing. The LPN must be detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to handle physically demanding tasks. The LPN is an essential member of the healthcare team, offering patient care and supporting higher-level nurses and physicians in delivering comprehensive medical services.

Requirements

LPN License in the state(s) of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
Trade School Graduate - Licensed Practical Nurse
Detail-oriented
Compassionate
Able to handle physically demanding tasks
