Requirements
- Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
- RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or RN-Master’s Degree
- 1 year of leadership experience
- 3 years of Case Management experience
- Specialty certification required within one year of eligibility (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT-BC).
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Inpatient Hospital Discharge Management
- Knowledge of CCM, CCTM, CMAC, ACM, CMAC, CMGT-BC certifications.
