Requirements

  • Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
  • RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or RN-Master’s Degree
  • 1 year of leadership experience
  • 3 years of Case Management experience
  • Specialty certification required within one year of eligibility (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT-BC).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Inpatient Hospital Discharge Management
  • Knowledge of CCM, CCTM, CMAC, ACM, CMAC, CMGT-BC certifications.
