About The Position

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is seeking an experienced Manager of Inpatient Case Management to join their team. Requirements

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
• RN-Bachelor’s Degree, or RN-Master’s Degree
• 1 year of leadership experience
• 3 years of Case Management experience
• Specialty certification required within one year of eligibility (ACM, CCM, CCCTM, CMAC or CMGT-BC).

Responsibilities

• Manage the Inpatient Case Management team.
• Ensure collaborative delivery of outstanding patient care.
• Participate in decision-making and practice development through shared governance.
• Advance quality outcomes in patient care.
