LPN Home Care Nurse
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric or adult care to join its Skilled Nursing team. The role provides compassionate, high-quality and reliable private duty nursing in clients’ homes, with one-on-one care and flexible scheduling based on nurse availability. Clients range in age from infants to geriatric patients. Nurses travel to one client’s home near them and provide care on a schedule they choose. Traditional shift types include 4-, 8-, or 10-hour shifts. The position includes weekly pay on Thursdays, short commutes near home, and a $1,200 nurse referral bonus. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by a school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
Responsibilities
- Travel to one client’s home nearby on a chosen schedule.
- Follow up on, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
- Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
- Provide one-on-one private duty nursing care and build relationships with clients.
