About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse works under the direction of the Registered Nurse, Manager Patient Care, or Administrative Supervisor. The LPN carries out routine patient care assignments on the assigned shift, works in controlled patient care situations, and performs established nursing care procedures for individuals or groups of patients as delegated by supervisory personnel. The position includes travel to the Sterling Clinic on Wednesday mornings when the physician goes to Sterling.

The pay range is $23.42–$34.10 per hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Illinois LPN license.
• American Heart Association BLS.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS.
• Emergency Department or EMT/Paramedic experience.
