About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse is committed to providing the highest quality of care as identified in the GHS Mission. Primary role will be to provide crisis care nursing services for appropriate patients as assigned and visit home and facility team patients as needed. Nursing responsibilities may include: identifying and coordinating patient/family needs, providing preventative, palliative and supportive care to terminally ill patients and their families. The Licensed Practical Nurse will collaborate with the Team RN and other disciplines to ensure the highest quality of care is maintained. The Licensed Practical Nurse reports to the Nurse Care Manager. This Gulfside Healthcare Services position requires an AHCA Level 2 Fingerprint screening for eligibility through the AHCA Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- AHCA Level 2 Fingerprint screening for eligibility through the AHCA Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Responsibilities
