LPN Account Executive/Marketer (Area Manager)

A Path of Care Home Health is seeking a full-time LPN Account Executive/Marketer to support the growth and business development of our agency covering Ada, Shawnee, Seminole and Okemah areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, thrives in a public-facing role, and wants a career that truly makes a difference. Working closely with physicians, we create individualized care plans carried out by our skilled nurses, therapists, and aides. Requirements
- Degree in marketing, health, or related field OR licensure as a medical professional
- Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare marketing, public relations, or clinical practice
- Strong communication skills with families, patients, physicians, and healthcare facilities
- Professional, friendly demeanor
- Excellent verbal/written communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Meet regularly with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, senior ministries, and other healthcare professionals
- Promote awareness of our services and Medicare home health guidelines
- Conduct community education and public speaking engagements
- Research, design, and implement new programs to enhance service quality
- Address concerns from clients, families, and healthcare partners
- Monitor quality assurance issues and communicate updates
- Submit weekly Community Education Pre-Plans
- Provide Quarterly Action Plans and Prospect Lists
- Maintain budget awareness and obtain approval for overages
- Serve on at least two agency committees annually
- Assist with new hire orientation
- Support office operations when needed
