A successful candidate will make an impact by leading the execution of the Filtrete™ portfolio strategy in the USAC Area as defined by the Global Portfolio Team. This position will ultimately be responsible for driving both portfolio productivity and accelerating growth. This position reports to the USAC Area Portfolio Leader and works closely with the Filtrete™ Category Development Manager, planning, manufacturing, sales, and other key cross functional stakeholders. Filtrete™ is the market leader in residential HVAC air filtration in North America. As a(n) Filtrete™ Area Portfolio Marketer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Filtrete™ portfolio expert in the USAC Area Support the development of area focused marketing plans in partnership with the Area portfolio leader. Provide input and insights into the global portfolio plan. Provide input and approaches for unique needs in the area & countries. Be the voice of portfolio needs back to the global segment team. Lead area portfolio plans Portfolio optimization for area (including PIPO & S2S execution) Develop and lead competitive insights for the Area in conjunction with CDM. Represent Area marketing in S&OP reviews with the planning team Lead execution of Area portfolio pricing actions as needed Execute portfolio level pricing plan for area (including vendavo & salesforce management) Own the brand inputs and communications (including PPC) for shopper activation of segment specific campaigns/plans in the Area Communicates product setup for shopper activation of segment specific campaigns/plans in the Area

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Seven (7) years of marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) years Consumer Products Marketing experience
  • Three (3) years of experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Experience in New Business development and/or channel marketing
  • Three (3) years’ experience analyzing data and translating results to business team
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and Division management
  • Previous experience in marketing. CPG experience is preferred.
