This position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing plans and customer communications that drive engagement through our loyalty program. This includes ScoreCard and ScoreCard Gold across all of our brands (DICK’S Sporting Goods, Golf Galaxy, Field & Stream) and any new programs or brands that we launch in the future. This position is also responsible for the daily operations of our gift card program. The Loyalty Marketing Planner is responsible for the coordination of internal stakeholders and campaign timelines for all assigned program tasks. This includes partnering with Category Marketing, Channel Planning/Media, Creative, Legal, Analytics, Customer Service, Store Operations, eCommerce, Community Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Technology teams to achieve strategic objectives and drive business outcomes.
