The specialist will work closely with the Brand Director and Creative Content & Digital Media Strategist to develop targeted communications that drive guest engagement, loyalty, retention, and revenue across various channels including restaurants, retail, tours, events, and e-commerce. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with marketing technology and customer data, and possesses some design experience or a strong interest in developing design skills. The ability to work independently while collaborating within a fast-paced team is essential.
