About The Position

Super Star Car Wash is building a best-in-class marketing engine powered by customer data, lifecycle marketing, and personalization. We're looking for an CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who is hands-on, technical, and execution-focused. This role owns the build: journeys, campaigns, coupons, segments, and HTML-based email templates. You'll work directly in the Attentive and High touch (CDP) backend day to day and be the technical hands that turn strategy into deployed, working programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building things that work, digging into platform mechanics, troubleshooting when something breaks, and steadily improving performance through testing.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email/SMS marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience building campaigns and journeys in a CRM/ESP platform (Attentive strongly preferred; Klaviyo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot also relevant)
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template builds and troubleshooting
  • Comfortable working directly in a platform backend
  • Strong attention to detail and QA discipline
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns/journeys at once
  • B2C experience preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with coupon/offer mechanics and promo logic a strong plus
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) or audience data integrations a plus, not required

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch email and SMS campaigns and automated journeys (welcome, activation, frequency, upsell, retention, winback) in Attentive
  • Build and edit HTML email templates; troubleshoot rendering issues as they arise.
  • Configure and QA campaign logic, segmentation, and audience targeting
  • Execute campaigns supporting promotions, launches, and key business initiatives
  • Build and deploy coupons and offers, including configuration in the Attentive Wallet
  • QA coupon logic (redemption rules, expiration, stacking) before launch
  • Monitor redemption and flag issues or anomalies
  • Serve as the day-to-day technical operator of Attentive (and related owned media tools)
  • Maintain campaign hygiene, documentation, and organization within the platform
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate/coordinate fixes as needed
  • Support integrations between Attentive and other systems (CDP, GA4/GTM tagging, e-commerce)
  • Set up and run A/B tests on messaging, timing, segmentation, and offers
  • Monitor campaign and journey performance (engagement, conversion, revenue)
  • Flag performance trends and surface optimization ideas to the Director
  • Partner with Brand/Creative to implement on-brand lifecycle messaging
  • Work with Paid Media and Analytics to keep tracking and targeting aligned across channels
