About The Position

Execaire Aviation, a luxury private aviation brand, is seeking a highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to lead the execution, optimization, and ongoing management of our customer communications, marketing automation, and CRM marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for owning our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next platform and supporting the complete customer lifecycle through personalized email marketing, automated nurture campaigns, CRM workflows, lead segmentation, and marketing communications. The successful candidate will combine technical CRM expertise with exceptional writing skills to create compelling customer communications across multiple business units, including Aircraft Charter, Aircraft Management, Aircraft Sales, Maintenance, and FBO Services. This position will also support internal corporate communications, executive messaging, thought leadership articles, landing page copy, and campaign content. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, bilingual (English and French), passionate about customer experience, and experienced in building scalable marketing automation that generates measurable business results.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in CRM marketing, email marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation, communications, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with experience adapting messaging for different audiences and customer segments.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience creating automated customer journeys, lifecycle campaigns, segmentation strategies, and lead nurturing programs.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer data, marketing automation, lead scoring, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience managing internal and external communications across multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign metrics and making data-driven recommendations.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with SEO / AEO/ AI content writing, website copy, landing pages, and thought leadership content is considered an asset.
  • Experience within aviation, luxury services, hospitality, travel, automotive, or high-net-worth client marketing is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, including email campaigns, automations, journeys, segmentation, personalization, and reporting.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize customer lifecycle journeys, lead nurture programs, onboarding campaigns, re-engagement campaigns, event communications, and sales follow-up workflows.
  • Create and manage email campaigns from concept through deployment, including copywriting, design coordination, testing, QA, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies using CRM data, engagement history, lead scoring, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Lead Generation, Marketing, Customer Experience, Charter, Maintenance, Aircraft Sales, Aircraft Management, and FBO teams to support lead generation and customer communications.
  • Write polished, engaging, and brand-appropriate copy for emails, landing pages, newsletters, customer campaigns, internal communications, executive messaging, website content, brochures, and marketing collateral.
  • Research, write, and edit thought leadership articles, customer stories, industry insights, and educational content that supports business development and SEO/AEO initiatives.
  • Build and maintain automated marketing workflows that support lead nurturing, customer retention, sales enablement, and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage CRM data quality, audience segmentation, suppression lists, customer preferences, and campaign compliance.
  • Analyze campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, engagement, lead generation, and ROI, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, content, timing, personalization, and customer journeys.
  • Coordinate campaign approvals and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure communications remain accurate, compliant, and on brand.
  • Support corporate communications, employee announcements, executive messaging, and internal email communications when required.
  • Work closely with external vendors and implementation partners to continuously improve Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next capabilities.
  • Ensure all customer communications reflect Execaire Aviation's luxury brand standards, professionalism, and attention to detail.
