About The Position

Within the Digital Marketing department, this role is part of the Loyalty Marketing team, and drives end-to-end process of ideating, creating, and publishing consumer-facing content for Nintendo’s loyalty, subscription, and membership initiatives. (My Nintendo Rewards + Nintendo Switch Online)

Requirements

Three (3) plus years of experience in web marketing, project management, and/or online content management.
Experience working within Content Management systems.
Understanding of Project Management methodologies, creative production process and deliverable specs.
Requires a high level of attention to detail, organization and a process oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

Strong writing and editing skills a plus.
Knowledge of Nintendo products highly preferred.
Experience with localization process a plus.
Japanese language fluency a plus.

Responsibilities

Develops consumer-facing content and tactics to improve KPIs and meet business goals.
Project manages various types of consumer-facing content and approvals across digital and physical channels.
Performs pre- and post-release QA of website and on-device content; may also perform QA of content created by others on the team.
Leads cross-functional execution of multi-national/global marketing tactics, product feature rollouts, and promotions for designated campaigns and initiatives.
Updates and communicates status of designated campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to ensure alignment with cross-discipline teams and stakeholders.
Continuously evaluates and refines the team’s operational processes to find efficiencies.
