We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Low Voltage team. This role requires a strong understanding of low voltage systems (CCTV, access control, AV, networking, etc.) and the ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and safety standards (OSHA).

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of project coordination or project management experience within the Low Voltage industry
  • Experience supporting large-scale commercial projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of low voltage systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, security, networking)
  • Strong proficiency with computers and project management tools
  • Scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong client-facing abilities
  • Clear and professional communication with leadership and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Track project progress and proactively address risks or delays
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
  • Monitor project costs, including labor and materials
  • Support financial performance through accurate billing, forecasting, and change order management
  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards and OSHA safety regulations
  • Promote a culture of safety across all project sites
  • Maintain project documentation including logs, reports, and RFIs
  • Prepare and deliver complete project closeout and turnover packages
