We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Low Voltage team. This role requires a strong understanding of low voltage systems (CCTV, access control, AV, networking, etc.) and the ability to manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and resources. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and safety standards (OSHA).

Requirements

2–3 years of project coordination or project management experience within the Low Voltage industry
Experience supporting large-scale commercial projects in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of low voltage systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, security, networking)
Strong proficiency with computers and project management tools
Scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities
Strong client-facing abilities
Clear and professional communication with leadership and stakeholders
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving mindset
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Track project progress and proactively address risks or delays
Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
Monitor project costs, including labor and materials
Support financial performance through accurate billing, forecasting, and change order management
Ensure adherence to company quality standards and OSHA safety regulations
Promote a culture of safety across all project sites
Maintain project documentation including logs, reports, and RFIs
Prepare and deliver complete project closeout and turnover packages
