About The Position

Adams, Inc. is a family-owned company based in Elkhorn, WI, specializing in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, solar, home backup power, and low voltage systems. Since 1988, we’ve proudly served our communities and continue to grow with multiple locations across Wisconsin and Illinois. We’re looking for a Low Voltage Project Coordinator to support estimating, planning, and coordination for low voltage projects, including structured cabling, access control, security, audio/visual, and related systems. This role plays a key part in front-end project planning and ongoing coordination, working closely with field teams, sales, production, and internal support staff to ensure projects are executed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or construction/technical environments
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with low voltage systems (preferred, but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate low voltage projects from kickoff through completion
  • Create and review estimates, scopes of work, and project documentation
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Finance to support project execution
  • Maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and records
  • Support internal teams by providing direction and clarifying project requirements
  • Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, quality, and client expectations are met
  • Participate in post-project reviews to support continuous improvement
