About The Position

Adams, Inc. is a family-owned company specializing in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, solar, home backup power, and low voltage systems. They are seeking a Low Voltage Project Coordinator to support estimating, planning, and coordination for low voltage projects, including structured cabling, access control, security, audio/visual, and related systems. This role is crucial for front-end project planning and ongoing coordination, requiring close collaboration with field teams, sales, production, and internal support staff to ensure accurate and efficient project execution. The position is on-site in Elkhorn, WI, with no remote or hybrid options available.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or construction/technical environments
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience with low voltage systems (preferred, but not required)
Over 3-years of exact, relevant experience with coordinating low voltage projects in residential setting's in combination of proficiency using our system tools such as Service Titan

Responsibilities

Coordinate low voltage projects from kickoff through completion
Create and review estimates, scopes of work, and project documentation
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Finance to support project execution
Maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and records
Support internal teams by providing direction and clarifying project requirements
Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, quality, and client expectations are met
Participate in post-project reviews to support continuous improvement
