About The Position

We are hiring a Lounge Bartender with a creative imagination, knowledge of craft cocktails and house-made mixers, and a good knowledge of beer, wine, and mixers. The role requires a professional demeanor and enjoyment of guest interaction.

The bartender sets up and breaks down the bar, prepares drinks according to beverage standards, handles orders and check procedures, and completes opening and closing duties. The position also includes maintaining glassware, ice, floors, trashcans, soda and juice inventory, and bottled and keg beer stocks.

Requirements

• Knowledge of craft cocktails and house-made mixers.
• Good knowledge of beer, wine, and mixers.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar.
• Break down the bar, lock up liquor, and store fruit and juices properly.
• Accept drink orders from guests and servers in proper calling order.
• Make cocktails in accordance with Beverage Standards using a standard jigger.
• Follow check-handling procedures, including credit card policies and procedures; no cash tabs.
• Complete opening and closing duties listed on the checklist.
• Check and replace glassware where needed.
• Stock and replenish ice at all ice stations.
• Clean floors in the area of responsibility at the end of each shift.
• Empty and steam-clean trashcans at the end of each shift or as necessary.
• Manage soda and juice inventory and rotate stock.
• Stock and replenish bottled and keg beer when necessary.
