About The Position

Step into an exciting role as a Lottery Drawing Officer (Administrative Officer 1) with the Pennsylvania Lottery. In this role, you will have the opportunity to officiate at all official PA Lottery drawings in the capacity of On-camera Official, Coordinator, or Headquarters Official. This position places you at the heart of daily and televised lottery events across the state. Your work will help ensure that every drawing is fair, secure, and carried out with precision. Requirements

  • Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Ability to learn new computer systems.
  • Willing and able to work nights and weekends.
  • Able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct official drawings for multiple games while following all required procedures and rules
  • Schedule, prepare, and support public witnesses for live evening drawings
  • Move, set up, and operate drawing machines and related equipment for Day and Evening drawings
  • Document drawing activities, test results, and verify information with internal systems
  • Participate in live studio production tasks and follow visual and verbal cues during televised drawings
  • Work with CPAs and security staff to address parameter issues and ensure compliance with standards
