About The Position

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Lot Trace Administrator for its Dover Casting group in Dover, New Jersey. The role develops and maintains the OHCMS (One Howmet Casting Manufacturing System) and coordinates lot trace interfaces with Cost Accounting, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Data Processing. It contributes to overall performance by implementing new or revised computer programs and systems, maintains labor reporting that is critical to manufacturing and inventory control, and supports areas that depend on consistent workflow and system availability. The permanent schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The anticipated pay range is $29–$35 per hour, with pay determined by factors including experience, education, and certifications.

The position also supports Howmet Aerospace's environmental, health, and safety policies. Employees must comply with applicable requirements, wear required personal protective equipment, report job-related illnesses, injuries, and safety or environmental concerns, and attend EH&S training. Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility will be verified at hire, and visa sponsorship is not available.
• Be able to lawfully obtain access to export-controlled items.
• Reside within a 50-mile radius of Dover, New Jersey; only candidates meeting this location requirement will be considered.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of SQL databases and queries.
• Proficient knowledge of manufacturing, accounting, labor reporting, routings, inventory control, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as process owner for OHCMS (One Howmet Casting Manufacturing System).
• Test and implement lot trace program modifications and improvements.
• Validate the integrity of system data.
• Write and maintain policies and procedures for lot trace systems.
• Provide ongoing training for new and existing employees in lot trace systems.
• Provide off-hours support to lot trace.
• Support physical inventory.
• Perform EBS Plant Item SPA.
• Comply with EHS rules related to the work environment.
