Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and store them properly.
Promptly report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with organizing and managing cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are maintained regularly.
Provide professional customer service to residents and visitors and address their concerns or requests.
