About The Position

Walser Automotive Group is hiring an entry-level Chrysler Jeep Dodge Lot Technician. This role supports the sales, service, and inventory teams by preparing, organizing, moving, and maintaining vehicles on the lot. It is presented as a starting point for an automotive career, with potential to grow into Sales, Service, Inventory Management, Operations, or Corporate positions through the company’s promote-from-within culture. The position pays $17.00 and has guaranteed hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The technician must be able to work outside in all types of weather and follow required safety footwear and eyewear rules while in dealership service departments. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to work outside in all types of weather.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Strong time management skills.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with delivery of sold vehicles.
Maintain a clean and orderly appearance of the lot.
Stock in vehicles arriving for the first time.
Ensure vehicles get to the designated service center for safety.
Park, rearrange, and move vehicles on the lot.
Ensure vehicles are priced and stickered correctly.
Ensure vehicles on the lot have inspection reports.
Clean, detail, and gas up vehicles.
Facilitate dealer trades within the metro area.
Use the Truvideo/Estimate Tool.
Ensure the Key Track Report is running.
Assist with entering vehicle data into the DMS.
Help the Inventory Manager with miscellaneous tasks.
Perform other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned.
