About The Position

Walser Automotive Group is hiring an entry-level Lot Technician to support dealership operations and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role offers a starting point for a long-term career, with opportunities to grow into Sales, Service, Inventory Management, Operations, and Corporate positions through the company’s promote-from-within culture. The technician assists with vehicle deliveries and lot operations, including moving, preparing, documenting, and maintaining vehicles. The position pays $17.00 and has guaranteed hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Employees must wear safety eyewear and hard-toed, slip-resistant footwear when in dealership service departments. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work outside in all types of weather.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Positive energy, good judgment, reliability, and willingness to help wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with delivery of sold vehicles.
• Maintain a clean and orderly appearance of the lot.
• Stock in vehicles arriving for the first time.
• Ensure vehicles are taken to the designated service center for safety.
• Park, rearrange, and move vehicles on the lot.
• Ensure vehicles are priced and stickered correctly.
• Ensure vehicles on the lot have inspection reports.
• Clean, detail, and gas up vehicles.
• Facilitate dealer trades within the metro area.
• Use Truvideo/Estimate Tool.
• Ensure the Key Track Report is running.
• Assist with data entry of vehicles into the DMS.
• Help the Inventory Manager with miscellaneous tasks.
• Wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments.
• Wear hard-toed shoes and slip-resistant footwear in dealership service departments.
• Perform other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned.
