About The Position

This role is responsible for various lot operations tasks, including key management, sale preparation, and managing temporary labor. The specialist will engage with customers to determine their needs and perform other assigned duties. This position requires safe driving abilities and a valid driver's license. Proficiency in PC software applications such as MS Office, Excel, and Outlook is necessary. The work environment involves potential exposure to wet conditions, outdoor weather, moving mechanical parts, electrical shock hazards, and toxic chemicals, with a moderate noise level.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
  • OR any level degree/certification beyond a HS Diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
  • Verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of how to operate PC software applications (i.e., MS Office, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.

  • Previous experience in the auto, logistics, or transportation industry.

Responsibilities

  • Tagging keys and adding them to the inventory.
  • Releasing keys.
  • Updating key tags.
  • Maintaining a key log.
  • Sale Preparation.
  • Assists in managing temporary/contract labor.
  • Checking temporary workers in and out.
  • Maintain time clock badges.
  • Scheduling Assignments
  • Engaging customers and determining their need for assistance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
