About The Position

Organizing and parking vehicles in designated zones based on digital dashboard instructions to maximize lot efficiency. Directing the physical flow of vehicles through the sales lanes to the auction block and back to the parking lot after a sale. Ensuring cars are operational by jump-starting dead batteries, identifying flat tires, fueling up, or managing push-truck operators for inoperable vehicles. Operating a wide variety of customer vehicles (both automatic and manual transmissions) safely across the lot. Set an example in behavior by championing Cox/Manheim values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect. Implement all company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct. Be a visible representation of Manheim’s safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures, and modeling the behaviors related to these directives. Perform other duties as assigned by management. May be required to work overtime as business needs dictate.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Generally, less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Safe driver's needed; valid driver's license required.
  • Must clear a pre-employment drug test.
  • Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.
