About The Position

This role involves organizing and parking vehicles in designated zones based on digital dashboard instructions to maximize lot efficiency. The specialist will direct the physical flow of vehicles through the sales lanes to the auction block and back to the parking lot after a sale. Responsibilities include ensuring cars are operational by jump-starting dead batteries, identifying flat tires, fueling up, or managing push-truck operators for inoperable vehicles. The role requires operating a wide variety of customer vehicles (both automatic and manual transmissions) safely across the lot. The specialist is expected to set an example in behavior by championing Cox/Manheim values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect. They must implement all company policies and procedures related to employee and customer conduct and be a visible representation of Manheim’s safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures, and modeling the behaviors related to these directives. Other duties as assigned by management may be required, and overtime may be necessary as business needs dictate.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Less than 2 years of related work experience.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.
• Must clear a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.

• Working overtime as business needs dictate.
