About The Position
Leith Honda is hiring a Lot Attendant to maintain vehicle inventory and support the Sales or Service departments. The role keeps vehicles in their proper places and in good condition, while ensuring vehicle pathways and the service drive remain orderly and traffic flows efficiently. The Lot Attendant also provides customer assistance and helps maintain the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and dealership premises.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current valid driver’s license.
- Clean driving record with no blemishes.
Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients in the service drive.
- Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day.
- Park vehicles after advisor check-in and pull vehicles down after completion when the client arrives.
- Keep the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently.
- Move vehicles to and from the wash as needed.
- Track completed waiting vehicles from the wash and pull them down in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, direct them to appropriate personnel, and help ensure their satisfaction.
- Help ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, and promptly report concerns to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
