About The Position

Holman is a family-owned global automotive services organization. Leith Honda is hiring a Lot Attendant to maintain vehicle inventory and support the Sales or Service departments. The role involves keeping vehicles in their proper locations and condition, maintaining efficient vehicle pathways, and assisting customers in the service drive. The listed compensation is $15 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record with no blemishes.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients in the service drive.
• Tag incoming vehicles to ensure proper tracking throughout the day.
• Park vehicles after advisor check-in and pull vehicles down after service completion when clients arrive.
• Keep the service drive neat and clean and maintain efficient traffic flow.
• Move vehicles to and from the wash as needed.
• Track completed waiting vehicles from the wash and pull them down in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, direct them to appropriate personnel, and help ensure their satisfaction.
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, and promptly report issues or concerns to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
