About The Position

Lithia Toyota of Klamath Falls is hiring a Lot Attendant to help create a positive customer experience by keeping vehicle inventory organized, clean, and ready for customers. The position involves working around vehicles, maintaining the lot, and supporting dealership operations. Open availability is requested to meet dealership operations and customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license in the applicant’s state of residence and an acceptable driving record are required. The workplace is drug-free, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform essential functions.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license in the applicant’s state of residence.
Acceptable driving record.
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Active listening skills, including giving full attention to others, understanding their points, and asking questions as appropriate.
Critical-thinking skills, including using logic and reasoning to evaluate solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Responsibilities

Park vehicles in assigned areas in an organized manner.
Wash vehicles thoroughly.
Respond immediately to delivery pages.
Protect vehicle appearance with disposable seat covers, floor mats, and steering wheel protectants as necessary.
Catalog and store vehicle keys.
Assist the Merchandising Manager in displaying accurate and current vehicle pricing information.
Keep the vehicle lot clean and free of debris.
Maintain license plates and lock-box keys.
Run miscellaneous errands for the store.
