About The Position
As a member of the Front End Customer Service Team, you will help ensure customers end their shopping trips with a positive experience. You will provide customer service by engaging customers in friendly conversation, carefully handling bagged items, and keeping the parking lot clear and safe. The role is part time at the Manalapan, New Jersey location. Availability is required for mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends; shifts start as early as 7 a.m. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, gather shopping carts, and pick up garbage.
- Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling.
- Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank customers for shopping at Wegmans.
- Offer additional service during inclement weather.
- Carefully handle bagged items.
