About The Position

Northern Roads Auto Group is hiring a Lot Attendant to support its day-to-day dealership operations in Niagara Falls. The role involves organizing and moving vehicles, keeping vehicle keys under control, inspecting vehicles and documenting concerns, assisting with dealership errands, and occasionally helping with detailing. Seasonal work includes fueling vehicles, snow removal, and clearing snow from vehicles. The position involves working outdoors in all seasons and being productive with minimal supervision. The company describes itself as a family business operating in the Niagara region for more than 40 years. Its dealership group includes Kia, Chrysler, and Toyota franchises, and it is developing a Kia dealership with an EV canopy and 12 charging stations. Requirements

Valid G driver’s license and a clean driving abstract.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience driving both automatic and manual transmissions.
Comfort working outdoors in all seasons.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to stay productive and focused with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Maintain control and organization of vehicle keys.
Inspect vehicles for damage and document concerns.
Arrange and move vehicles to maximize lot efficiency.
Assist with dealership errands, including parts pickups and customer drop-offs.
Occasionally assist with detailing, including car washes and vacuuming.
Perform seasonal duties such as fueling vehicles, snow removal, and clearing snow off vehicles.
Perform other duties as assigned.
