About The Position
The Lot Attendant performs a variety of tasks to keep the dealership parking facility operating smoothly and provides service that exceeds expectations. The role supports the service, sales, and parts departments as needed. Duties include moving and retrieving vehicles around the dealership or transporting them to another location, maintaining orderly vehicle lots, and helping meet cleanliness and safety standards. The position may also be listed as Service Lot Attendant, Sales Lot Attendant, Valet, or Porter.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Move and retrieve vehicles from the dealership lot and service areas, or transport vehicles to another location.
- Keep vehicle lots neat and orderly, which may include sweeping, shoveling, or vacuuming.
- Work with fellow team members to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
