About The Position
Bowser Automotive is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Lot Attendant for its Service Department in Pleasant Hills/Monroeville. The Lot Attendant helps the department operate smoothly and provides customers with a positive experience. The role includes greeting customers, moving and preparing vehicles, supporting Service Advisors and Service Technicians, and maintaining safe, organized service and parking areas.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

- Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings.

- Previous automotive or dealership experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Safely move and valet customer vehicles for service.
- Inspect vehicles for existing damage and accurately document findings.
- Wash and prepare vehicles as needed.
- Drive the Bowser customer shuttle.
- Assist Service Advisors with daily department needs.
- Assist Service Technicians as directed by the Service Manager.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe service and parking areas.
- Follow company vehicle-handling and safety procedures.
