About The Position
Bowser Automotive is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Lot Attendant to support daily dealership operations, the Service Department, and customers. The role involves working around vehicles, interacting with customers, staying active, and handling a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. The Lot Attendant contributes to the customer experience and helps the Service Department run smoothly.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

- Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings.

- Previous automotive or dealership experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Safely move and valet customer vehicles for the Service Department.
- Inspect vehicles for existing damage and accurately document findings.
- Wash and prepare vehicles as needed.
- Drive the Bowser customer shuttle.
- Assist Service Advisors with daily department needs.
- Assist Service Technicians as directed by the Service Manager.
- Keep dealership lots and service areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow vehicle-handling and safety procedures.
