About The Position
The role of a lot attendant is a critical component in the overall repossession process. When the vehicle is repossessed, it will be brought to the lot by the repossession field agent. It is the lot attendant’s responsibility to clean out the asset by removing the personal property and placing into bags, tagging and organizing.
Requirements
- Must be at least 24 years of age
- Must pass a background and drug test
- Must have a clean driving record
- Be a self-starter
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Trustworthy
Responsibilities
- Clean out repossessed vehicles by removing personal property.
- Bag, tag, and organize personal property removed from vehicles.
- Communicate with debtors regarding their personal property or repossessed vehicle.
- Identify personal property, trash, and items needing to be turned over to authorities.
