About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Lot Attendant to join our team at Bob Johnson Certified. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the visual appeal of our lot and supporting our sales team in daily operations.

Requirements

• Driver's License (Required)
• Ability to take initiative and work independently while also following directions from supervisors.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and managing time effectively.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations for data entry and vehicle management systems.
• Must be able to work well with others and contribute to a collaborative environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Ensure the lot and facility are clean, organized, and presentable. This includes parking vehicles, washing cars, and clearing debris from the grounds.
• Make sure all the vehicles have proper window stickers/ prices/ and marketing materials on them.
• Make sure all the vehicles are ready for customer deliveries, having cars washed / vacuuming interiors.
• Help assist the sales staff with daily tasks, such as moving vehicles for test drives, organizing keys, and preparing vehicles for customer pickup.
• Work closely with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently as well as contributing to a positive working environment.
