Lot Attendant
About The Position
As a Lot Attendant, you will begin washing cars and organizing vehicles within the dealership. This is just a starting point as we are BIG on supporting internal growth! You will move and work with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support vehicle sales activities. You will deliver vehicles to sites and locations. You will monitor tire pressure of vehicles; add air and fuel. You will recognize general vehicle repairs and building maintenance and notify management. You will prepare sold vehicles for delivery. You will prioritize vehicles that you need to prep for delivery or wash based on general appearance. You will assist the shuttle driver.
Requirements
- Eagerness to provide great customer service
- Desire to grow with us in this automotive industry
- Ability to navigate technology with ease
- Passion for the Toyota brand with a desire to be in the auto industry as a career path
- Previous dealership experience is ideal but not required
- 1+ year of driving or customer service experience in work history preferred
- Comfortable operating several cars, light trucks, and vans
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
- Working knowledge of computers and technology
- Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
