Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
- Team player with attention to detail
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Nice To Haves
- Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain vehicle inventory on the lot
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentation-ready
- Assist with moving and parking customer and dealership vehicles safely
- Support the sales and service departments as needed
- Perform lot checks and help maintain a clean, professional dealership appearance
- Shuttle vehicles between departments or offsite locations when necessary
