About The Position

The role of a lot attendant is a critical component in the overall repossession process. When the vehicle is repossessed, it will be brought to the lot by the repossession field agent. It is the lot attendant’s responsibility to clean out the asset by removing the personal property and placing into bags, tagging and organizing.

Requirements

• Must be at least 24 years of age
• Must pass a background and drug test
• Must have a clean driving record
• Be a self-starter
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Trustworthy

Responsibilities

• Clean out repossessed assets by removing personal property.
• Place personal property into bags, tag, and organize them.
• Maintain item removals from repossessed units, including front and back seats as well as the trunk.
• Communicate with debtors who have inquiries about their personal property or repossessed vehicle.
• Detect and identify personal property, distinguish trash, and identify items that need to go to authorities.
