About The Position

Join our team committed to providing the best customer service to all visitors of the SEA airport. The Lost and Found Department functions will include performing a broad range of duties and delivering a high-quality standard. Assist customers during business hours by operating and assisting at a walk-up window, answering phones, inputting required information into the Lost and Found system, researching and verifying the validity of all information before release, collecting lost items from terminals and various other areas of the airport grounds, photographing and logging items, and receiving, counting, documenting, and securing items in a lockable container such as a safe. This role also involves the movement of goods and materials in and out of secured lockers.

Learn and utilize Lost and Found Software
Must be able to work varied hours
Weekends and Holidays required
Detail oriented and well organized
Able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 70 lbs
May include long periods of standing and walking
