About The Position

Hallmark Aviation Services seeks to build a diverse team of highly motivated individuals to provide outstanding service to International Airlines at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). Requirements

At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent.
Able to stand, bend, squat, reach, grasp and pick up items.
Occasional lifting of 23 kg; 32 kg with assistance.
Eligible to work in the United States
English proficient
Reading & comprehension of reference materials, instructions, policies & procedures
Computer savvy
Background Check, Fingerprinting required
DRUG SCREENING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE
Required to study and successfully complete mandatory training modules
Must have flexible availability and reliable transportation
Daily Operation, will be required to work 5 days
English Required.

Responsibilities

Learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport.
Rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals and other areas within the airport.
Experience how to effectively navigate through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance.
Professionally interact with high-profile passengers.
Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.
